Having established this original approach to language learning in the early 1980s, I have tried to hold fast to our core concepts and values to make ILH the best and most efficient way to learn a foreign language. Time and time again, this has shown that this is a better approach for a thorough understanding of a language. ILH has since developed into the largest and most professional language homestay organization in the world.
